Other Rental Items:
1. Additional Set-Up/Tear-Down Days
Event Hall - each additional day will be charged at $300/day
Multipurpose Room - each additional day will be charged at $200/day
2. Vehicle Drive in Rental Fee - $200
The Multipurpose room must be rented for this option. A $500 deposit will be required for this option to cover any damage
that may occur to the flooring.
3. Concession Stands Fee - $60 per 100 guests
This grants usage of our concession stands area, fountain pop usage, ice, napkins and cups.
A list of vendors who provide beverage service, table & chair set-up and tear-down, catering, bartending services, etc is available
on our website.
A 50% deposit will be required to hold rooms and for additional rental items. A damage and/or cleaning deposit in the
amount of the total rental cost must also be paid prior to event. Upon an inspection of the facility, the damage deposit will
• All renters are responsible for their own catering services, beverage services, bartenders, setting up and tearing down of their event. A list
of vendors is available on our website.
• Event Hall room rental include access to the projector, screen, A/V system and tables & chairs. The Event Hall can be rented additional days
prior to or following your event at a rate of $300/day. Access to the room on days prior will start at 8 AM. The concession area can be
rented at $60 per 100 guests.
• Multipurpose room rental does not include A/V or tables & chairs. The Multipurpose Room can be rented additional days prior to or following
your event at a rate of $200/day.
• Community room rental includes 8’ rectangular tables and chairs.
• This is a community center and we expect all rooms to be cleaned and returned to the condition they were given to the renter.
